KAT2B (PCAF), Active
KAT2B (also known as PCAF) is a transcription cofactor with a histone acetyltransferase (HAT) activity. KAT2B protein associates with p300/CBP which is a large nuclear protein that bind to many sequence-specific factors that are involved in cell growth and/or differentiation, including c-jun and the adenoviral oncoprotein E1A.

BUB1B
BUB1B or budding uninhibited by benzimidazoles 1 homolog beta is involved in spindle checkpoint function and has been localized to the kinetochore. BUB1B plays a role in the inhibition of the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), delaying the onset of anaphase and ensuring proper chromosome segregation.

EIF2AK1 (HRI)
EIF2AK1 (HRI) or eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2-alpha kinase 1 acts at the level of translation initiation to downregulate protein synthesis in response to stress.

ABL1 (G250E), Active
ABL1 protooncogene encodes a cytoplasmic and nuclear protein tyrosine kinase that has been implicated in processes of cell differentiation, cell division, cell adhesion, and stress response. The DNA-binding activity of the ubiquitously expressed ABL1 tyrosine kinase is regulated by CDK1-mediated phosphorylation, suggesting a cell cycle function for ABL1.
